We have used EBF's Tax and Accounting Service for the last 11 years. Natasha looks at ways I can reduce my taxes and boost my income in legitimately creative ways. The team are always there to answer my questions and resolve any urgent matters. With their support and frequent updates on legislation I have been able to grow my business. I am very satisfied with EBF, judging on more than a year long relationship with respect to non-resident matters in Lanzarote. In spite of not the easiest of starts, I have gained confidence that I am in safe hands out there, thousands miles away. EBF demonstrated to be responsive, responsible, reasonable, and on top of that - very pleasant to deal with. They faced any issue brought up openly, calmly, constructively. Recently, EBF introduced innovative online document handling and reporting system, to streamline processes. I know that it is not easy to part with old ways of doing things and innovate. Hats off to EBF for 2025 mindset. Importantly, as client I do not feel cut out of human touch as a result of this automation. When I need, I am still very well attended which is amazing, taking into account that I am probably a small beer in EBF overall business. Compliments to Lily for excellent relationship management.
