By way of summary Victorio is everything that you need a Solicitor to be, when sadly some other solicitors are slack, dishonest and incompetent. Recommended without reservation, has integrity which is a rare commodity. Paid to act professionally in our best interests with regards a property purchase which had the potential to be a headache, and has been uber efficient.

We have used Victorio for advice and the purchase of two properties over the last 5 years . He has helped us with opening a bank account, house insurance , car insurance, conveyancing , residencia , driving licence exchanges , change of ownership for our car , NIE and padron applications. In fact he and his partner, Mari Carmen have provided to us a very professional , friendly service and we can not recommend the services provided to us us highly enough . Victorio has guided me all the way, through property purchase, tax, interpreter at official offices, getting / paying bills on my behalf. There was an issue with a land boundary, which he sorted out, I needed help with tax and he got an official answer for me. He has been so helpful, I couldn't have navigate the Spanish system without him and can't recommend him enough. His English is very good, so the usual language barrier is not a problem. We correspond from England to Baza, but I trust him to get the job done for me and charge an honest price. He even told me I had overpaid and had money to give me back, not sure all English authorities would do that! My thanks are not enough for how he has helped my Spanish dreams to fruition.
