Lucy is wonderful. My husband and I have used her many varied services on quite a few occasions. Everything from sorting out my digital certificate, making appointments for my COVID jabs, right through to getting me enrolled in the Spanish Health System (Convenio Especial). Lucy even managed to get my husband's Classic car import evaluation sorted, when nobody else could! The thing with Lucy is, that she sees everything through from start to finish, she is knowledgeable, chases things up, keeps you informed and ultimately, she gets you results. Added to all that good stuff, Lucy is a pleasure to deal with, funny, trustworthy, caring and very, very efficient. In the near future (as she is truly bilingual) I'll be calling on Lucy to provide me with some much needed support with translation in the health system, an area that she also knows very well. In short, I simply cannot recommend Lucy enough.

I can recommend Lucy 100%. She knows the tax system inside-out, is extremely diligent and knows what to do to sort out any problems. She is also very understanding and patient. I especially recommend her if you are autonomo so that you have complete peace of mind that everything is being done properly. Unless you are completely fluent in the language and have been living in Spain for many years don't even try doing it yourself. The tax system here is a mine field and at some point you will probably come unstuck. Leave it in the hands of an expert like Lucy.
