I order a service for NIE appointment, fill up the form,paid the money. After couple hours later I got sorted out with nie appointment myself. I asked My NIE Spain to cancel my request and asked for money refund because I never used the service .The money from bank still was pending . They told me they will cancel my request and give me a refund . But no money back ,no answer to my other emails. I have to open a case with bank . I won't recommending to anyone to deal with this service provider. They are scammers. Don't apply to any service with them and be very careful.

Brilliant service. For something which, done alone, feels beurocratically like jumping through hoops of fire, these guys made the process so much easier. 10/10! I can't recommend MyNie enough. I have got my NIE appointment 10minutes after registration with MyNie. First I thought it's a spam as I could not believe you can get it done so fast..My lawyer could not find a slot for me for 3 months. My appointment was today and after I followed all the instructions from Lisa, there was no problem on site and I got NIE within 5 days from the first contact with MyNie. Excellent service! Great service. Thorough, clear, efficient and comprehensive. They simplified what is a labyrinth of bureaucracy to make it manageable. It's still tricky and you need to read all the small, print - but they make it as straightforward as humanly possible. Couldn't recommend more highly to anyone trying to get their NIE.

Hi there I used this site to apply for an NIE Number in Spain. I would strongly recommend that you use it, Lisa and her team take all the hassle out of you filling in the forms wrong. You MUST read everything very carefully, as you can easily miss little details. I had to contact Lisa to point out something n she put me right (PLEASE READ EVERYTHING) as I'd missed something. I gave a 4 wk time frame to get my number, I got my number in 2, with an email with 3 documents to print off. I) I went to the photo shop as you need a passport photo, they said 2, but infact it was only 1. 2) I went to the printers and got 2 copies of my passport and all 3 lots of documents printed twice as i like to keep a copy (as an idiot guide for future ref). 3) I then went to the BBVA Bank and paid the tax for the government (10 Euros). There are 3 forms you take to the bank, they keep 1 of them and you keep 2, you must make sure they stamp them with the banks details. I was in there about an hour n a half so do not leave till last minute. 4) located n planned route to the police station. Appointment at the police Station was the next day. 1) be there half hour before 2) policeman that dealt with me was spot on, I presume because I had everything they required with me. I was in the Police Station approx 30 mins. "THE MAN BEFORE ME WAS REFUSED, HE DIDNT GET THE BANK TO STAMP HIS PAPERS AND HE DIDNT HAVE A PHOTOCOPY OF HIS PASSPORT" Thankyou very much Lisa and the team, you provide me with an excellent, professional service. Thankyou Lisa when I had that thick moment, but you put me straight. Thankyou for helping me get my NIE Number.

My wife required a Spanish NIE as I already had one and knew it was a drawn out process to obtain. Never have made it through the process without MY NIE.. .... There are a lot of things you have to do and get organised with. SO PAY ATTENTION. They tell you to read everything carefully. They are not kidding. The biggest minefield is paying for the government bill via a Spanish bank. They advise using an Atm for the process. Each bank is different, although ultimately the same. You are unusual if you get straight through the process first time IMHO. I had to pay govt twice. AVOID asking for an email receipt. Only use "printed receipt" option. The Spanish banks do everything to avoid manual payment even if they are doing nothing else. Once again I highly recommend MYNIE... They were able to tell me that my area was chocabloc for a month ahead. Organised me an appointment in Benidorm (offered me a choice) within a week. Easy to travel within Spain to get to a different area. IF you have a story you need to tell run it through Google or DeepL translate and email it to yourself. The Spanish police do appreciate it. I am very appreciative of this company which offers such a service at such a good price.

Went to Denia today to get my white NIE as I want to purchase a property. Bit Daunting when I got there as many people are there for passports as well but.the help I had from Lisa was very informative but,a lot to read.Stick to the information and read it all. USE ROBOTICA INSTEAD! SERVICE IS CHEAPER, FASTER, AND THE OWNER DOES NOT COMMIT LIBEL AGAINST PEOPLE. Absolutely abysmal customer service. I was provided with incorrect information regarding the requirements for my appointment and thus paid to have it rescheduled. I found this out from asking outside sources, since I could not get any timely responses when asking for more details, even though the site says to contact them to make sure the information is correct. She literally could not answer basic yes or no questions that anyone should know. Any time I reached out to inquire about the wait times or my place in the que I was given no details and simply told to wait. Weeks went by. Robocita on the other hand literally gave me a next day appointment. I'd normally give maybe two or three stars but here is the big issue: I wasn't informed of my place until AFTER requesting a refund after getting no replies to my last email. At that point Lisa finally informed me of my place, which meant nothing because I was now being refunded. I think she did this to be petty, which shows in her response to this review. Funny enough, as soon as I am an ex-customer, Lisa replies with great speed so she can tell me helpful things like I am "not the only person in the world" and I should contact someone else. She then escalated to sending me more emails in one day than I received in nearly two months of being a customer. They all made wild claims that I was abusive and harassing her. She even said she was afraid I was going to travel four hours to come and attack her LMFAO! She has a lot of passion and speed when it comes to berating former customers. I would have loved that passion and energy when trying to get information about wait times or my spot in the que. Should you use this service, be aware that you can not rely on Lisa to provide accurate information. You are getting cheap quality for a cheap price. She is more interested in berating or ignoring anyone who needs assistance than stepping up and providing quality service. The grammatical errors in her replies and on her website do not help either. Lisa has replied with the most childish response I have ever seen making blantantly false accusations of harassment. I was nothing but courteous in our exchanges. Funny she has time to leave a massive reply slandering her customers, yet can't be bothered to inform you of wait times our your place in the cue. I've added photos of the "abuse" so you can be the judge of if her business is worth supporting. It's an insult to survivors of abuse when someone lies about being a victim simply to cope with their own faults. Like i said 3 stars should you not have to interact with her. Worst service ever if you have the slightest issue.

Fantastic service from this company from start to finish....from getting the appointment with the National Police, receiving all the filled in paperwork, & guidance on what to do on the day....it all went like clockwork. Oh & the 45EU I paid for this service was 50% less than a solicitor was asking to do the same work.

Ik ben zeer tevreden over de dienstverlening van My NIE Number. Ze hebben het papierwerk goed verzorgd en geven veel info op hun website. MyNIE vult alle formulieren in, stuurt ze per mail naar je op en dan ben je zelf aan de beurt om het formele proces te ondergaan. Zoals elk formeel proces in Spanje kan het nogal kafkaesk aandoen. Ik was daar ook bang voor. Het verliep echter soepel. Op advies van MyNIE was een afspraak gemaakt bij het politiebureau van Elche. Daar aangekomen stonden veel mensen buiten te wachten. Geen idee waarom. Ik ben naar binnen gestapt en me gemeld. Ik had een afspraak om 10:10, maar was er om 9:30. Op papier was ik de 8ste in rij, maar kennelijk stond iedereen buiten te wachten. Om 9:45 stond ik ook weer buiten met een NIE nummer. In de uitleg van MyNIE, die je krijgt als ze je de formulieren toezenden, staat expliciet dat je op tijd naar de bank moet voor een betaling van een paar euro (welkom in Spanje..). De meeste bankfilialen in onze regio (Rojales) bestaan wel, maar zijn (kennelijk) nooit open. We zijn uiteindelijk naar een BBVA geldautomaat gegaan om de betaling te doen. Als je eenmaal weet wat je moet doen, dan is het een simpel proces. Ik heb het proces twee keer doorlopen omdat je aan het einde contant geld moet hebben (waarom je je pinpas moet invoeren is me een raadsel). Die stap van het invoeren van contant geld heeft een timeout van 30 seconden... Vandaar dat ik het proces twee keer heb doorlopen. :)
