Sentencia no 364 / 2024 del Juzgado de Primera Instancia no 2 de Denia, dictada el 20 de diciembre de 2024. Siendo Joan Bertomeu el representante de nuestra comunidad de vecinos, tiene la sentencia en firme anteriormente mencionada en su contra por falsear las actas, que fue redactada por el anterior administrador de la finca, Joan Sala, y firmada por ambos. Ademas, quiso colarnos una obra que no necesitabamos a base de mentiras y enganos y contrato un seguro mas caro del que teniamos sin contar con los propietarios y sin necesidad alguna. Coloca publicidad en un balcon sin contar con el permiso de la comunidad. ?Todo esto y lo que no sabemos lo hace por amor al arte? Cada cual que saque sus propias conclusiones. Abogaducho que necesita hacer chanchullos para ganarse la vida.

Buenos dias. Soy Luis Alcazar y actualmente soy el administrador de la comunidad de propietarios a la que hace mencion la resena de hace 3 dias por Ana. En relacion a la misma acerca de la falsedad de un acta, tengo que decir que Juan Bertomeu no redacta las actas; segun la L.P.H. es el secretario el que lo hace, cargo que normalmente recae en el administrador y el es un propietario. Tambien tengo que desmentir el hecho de que intentara "colar" un presupuesto de algo innecesario; tambien segun la L.P.H. cada obra o mejora ha de ser aprobada en Junta de Propietarios y en este caso, asi se hizo pero no se probo por la inviabilidad de los trabajos. Y final y personalmente tengo que decir que conozco a Juan Bertomeu y en ningun momento ha realizado algo ilegal en la comunidad, considerandolo una persona seria, profesional y civica.

Estoy muy agradecido a Juan Bertomeu y Daniel Bertomeu por haberme asesorado para no comprar una casa en Barcelona. Queria invertir en una vivienda en Barcelona para dedicarla al alquiler turistico, pero sabia que el tema de las licencias es complicado. Encontre a Daniel por un video en YouTube y decidi pedirles consejo. Otros abogados me dijeron que no podian ayudarme con ese tipo de cuestiones, pero ellos si lo hicieron. Gracias a su analisis descubrimos que, aunque la vivienda tenia licencia turistica, la comunidad de propietarios habia prohibido recientemente el alquiler vacacional, lo que hacia imposible conseguir el NRUA, necesario para anunciar la casa en plataformas como Booking o Airbnb. Me demostraron que dominan muy bien todo lo relacionado con compraventas y licencias turisticas, y por eso, cuando encuentre otra propiedad que encaje mejor con lo que busco, volvere a contar con ellos. Los recomiendo totalmente: ademas de ser muy profesionales, son cercanos, atentos y se implican de verdad en cada detalle.

Whilst looking for a lawyer to assist us with the Golden Visa application for Spain which only had 3 months left to go, we ( my husband and I ) stumbled uponDaniel Bertomeu's video on YouTube. After contacting Daniel, we were also introduced to his father Juan. In spite of the deadline for the application and the complicated issues we knew we had with our situation , ( contacted several lawyers beforehand who all thought it was too much for them to handle within the deadline) Juan and Daniel agreed to take our case. With Juan's inspiration on how to approach the complicated issues and Daniel's resourcefulness to do research and obtain information , we managed to get the application through to meet the deadline. Through power of attorney, Juan prepared and obtained several documents for us, worked with our accountant and notaries on our behalf. We had several meetings on zoom, and for the final application, since we had to be in Spain anyway, we met them at their office in Daniya. Juan even accompanied us to the bank to obtain a unique reference number for the visa application. They have shown us absolute dedication and professionalism in their work to assist us. On top of that they are two of the nicest and most pleasant people we have come across in our professional lives, it has been such a pleasure to work with them. We were delighted on receiving confirmation of the approval for residency in April, and Juan has even managed to secure us appointments for the TIE, which we know were hard to come by. We intend to continue to use Bertomeu Abogados in the future, even though they are in Daniya and our properties are in Marbella. We will need tax advice etc and with zoom meetings, the distance does not matter at all. We are so glad that we stumbled upon Daniel's excellent videos.
