PLEASE READ THIS AND USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THE BEST!!! After 5 years in Spain we are now PERMENANTE residents. I so luckily found Manuel and his dedicated team in 2023 after a house sale in the UK. My the Abogado assured me I had to pay my CGT twice, once to UK and then again in Spain, luckily being a Yorkshire man, we don't pay twice. That's when I found Manuel and all his amazing team. He's been invaluable for everything and he's made us as a family feel safe in all our financial and legal matters here. There are lots of legal matters here and not much of it can be easily done on line or over the phone. But with Manuel you just need to make a phone call at it will be sorted and sorted correctly. T.I.E All the TIE problems have not affected my family and after only 1 call we had appointments in our own Province of Almeria all the paperwork was emailed to us. They checked with us after each appointment that it had all gone smoothly and they even gave us a discount because we went on our own, it's easy if you have a little Spanish. We collected the cards on the 18th of November Job done. They really are the Best. Gracias a todos Mis Amigos.

As an American, by March of 2025 it had become urgently apparent that there was a pressing need to formulate a Plan B. Since I was already in Europe at the time, I extended my stay by two weeks and went to see a friend who had moved to Spain in 2020. Fortunately we were able to locate a suitable property on the Costa Blanca, but the clock was ticking, and I knew I would not be able to personally handle the transaction or any of the attendant financial or legal requirements myself in the limited amount of time I had left before I had to fly back to the US. I frantically searched for a real estate and tax lawyer near Torrevieja who could provide the advice and assistance I needed for the property conveyance. I reached out to several companies, but Tacs4Expats was the quickest to respond and they set up a meeting almost immediately at their offices in Benijofar. I had inadvertently created some problems for myself while I'd been floundering around with banks and immigration, and they provided rapid, creative solutions. Everything was sorted within two days. They immediately arranged with the notary for me to assign Power of Attorney (POA) and they took charge of the legal and financial aspects of the sale, working with the sellers, the bank, the Spanish authorities, the notary, and everyone else involved. The seller ran into a few delays and our closing date got pushed, but Begona handled every obstacle like a champion, keeping me updated (and calm) throughout the process. Her professionalism and kindness continued to reassure me, and I could rest easy, certain that she and Tacs4Expats had everything under control. She even saved me a substantial amount of money at closing with her knowledge of Spanish banking, something for which I'm very grateful. But her help didn't end at closing. She went on to transfer the utilities and recurring expenses into my name (as well as set up electronic payments with my bank), and she is currently setting up my cadastral tax payments. It would be impossible to praise this group of professionals too highly. It is with absolutel confidence that I recommend Tacs4Expats. If you are an English speaker (or even if you're a Spanish speaker) seeking to conduct any business in Spain, I think it would be foolish and unnecessarily burdensome to attempt to navigate the system on your own when you could work with this company for such fair and reasonable rates. I intend to continue taking my business to them in the future, any time I have a tax, legal or property issue. I also hope to work with them on getting a long-stay visa. As they say state-side, "Ten out of ten! Highly recommend!"

We also had cause to use Manuel and his team in capacity of solicitor. We were told by our old solicitors that we would have to pay for the resiting of our electricity boxes but thanks to Manuel and his team we now have nothing to pay for the resiting.
