Ik zie hier alleen maar 5 sterren beoordelingen wat mij erg verbaasd . Ik zit zelf niet bij dit kantoor maar mijn vader wel. Ik help hem dan ook met bepaalde dingen regelen. Maar wat loopt het contact met dit kantoor slecht. Zijn contactpersoon is Ashley. Niet vanaf het begin, maar later pas. En vanaf het begin zijn er al wat communicatie fouten geweest. Er is een volmacht gegeven. Zo als ik gewend ben geef je een gestor een volmacht om dingen vanuit jou naam te kunnen regelen. Maar daar komt bij dat er wel eerst besproken wordt hoe of wat de wensen zijn etc. Maar zonder enig overleg is er op een dag bij zomaar een bank, een bankrekening geopend. Naast de normale bank betaalpas is er ook nog eens een creditcard waar niet om gevraagd is. De bank betaalpas is logisch. Sterker nog er zijn helemaal geen wensen besproken. Van de ene op de andere dag was er ineens een rekening geopend. En ik weet dat nog goed omdat mijn vader ineens mails binnen kreeg van de bank met inlog van de app om die te installeren. Paar maanden later heb ik bij de zelfde bank een bankrekening geopend alleen bij een ander kantoor. Alleen ik heb een betaalrekening zonder bankkosten en ook geen creditcard. In tegenstelling tot mijn vader. Die heeft veel wat bank kosten en ook nog extra kosten voor de creditcard (visa). Het contact en communicatie loopt moeizaam. Vooral voor mijn vader. Het is zijn eerste huis dat hij in Spanje koopt, maar de begeleiding is niet vooruitdenkend en informatief. Ik kan deze vergelijking gemakkelijk trekken omdat ik zelf al twee huizen heb gekocht en nu weet hoe het proces en hoe bepaalde dingen gaan en welke info je van je gestor mag verwachten omdat je het anders niet kunt weten. Ik heb dan ook een heel goed en snel contact met mijn gestor. Mijn vader Nederlands sprekend is aangesloten bij een bankkantoor waar geen Nederlands sprekend iemand zit. Zou geen heel groot probleem moeten zijn maar ook dit contact is waardeloos. Ik zit bij dezelfde bank maar bij een ander kantoor waar wel een Nederlands sprekend iemand werkt. Bij het aanvragen van een hypotheek was dit natuurlijk veel makkelijker geweest. En bij SGM weten ze van het andere bankkantoor dat daar een Nederlander werkt. Raar dat daar dan niet voor gekozen is aangezien ze ook wisten dat er een Hypotheek zou worden aangevraagd. Een paar keer is aangegeven dat we niet blij zijn met de moeizame communicatie en weinig info. Nu nog als we vragen stellen per mail wordt niet alles beantwoord en snel doorgeschoven. Ik hoop voor mijn vader dat alles snel wordt afgerond met het nieuwbouwhuis dat hij heeft gekocht waar hij al veel eerder van had kunnen genieten en wat nu maanden langer duurt door kortzichtigheid. In tegenstelling tot mijn twee aankopen hier in spanje dezelfde omgeving is dit echt waardeloos. Aanvulling: Hieronder wordt gezegd dat mijn vader voor Caixa bank heeft gekozen. Echter is dat niet waar. Mijn vader had al eerder een nie nummer en bank rekening dan mij. Hij heeft het woord Caixa bank nooit naar voren gebracht. Hij heeft dus ook niet gezegd daar heeft mijn dochter goede ervaringen mee. Wel heeft hij na verloop van tijd gezegd niet blij te zijn met het contact in vergelijking tot mij, die wel met het bank kantoor goede contacten heb. Ik vind het naar dat de rollen worden omgedraaid. Mijn vader had al zijn hypotheek documenten al ingeleverd en alles was op orde. Ik neem aan dat een gestoria weet dat er in spanje een hypotheek wordt aangevraagd , al eerder bij de bouwer vraagt voor de inschrijving. Omdat dit nodig is zodat de bank een taxateur kan langs sturen. Dat is vooruit denken en niet pas wanneer de bank hier mee hoeft te komen. Ook de reactie op mijn beoordeling is weer een teleurstelling. Er wordt gezegd dat het niet waar is en altijd goede communicatie is geweest. Het is dus normaal dat mijn moeder 3 kwartier aan de telefoon in de wacht heeft gehangen.Ik heb ook foto's van gesprekken van januari 2024 toen verliep de communicatie al met fouten. Deze zal ik hier nog niet toevoegen. Ik hoop dat Ashley mij kan bellen en sta graag in voor een gesprek.

I am so thankful I somehow came across SGM Abogados prior to us coming over to Spain, in particular to the wonderful and extremely patient Grace who went through every step of our family Residency process step by step and couldn't have provided us with more help and support. Once we got over to Spain the paperwork was all sorted and the whole process was plain sailing. Oficina bonita, salas de reuniones amplias y gente guapa. Nos atendio una tal Maria Angeles. Le expusimos detalladamente nuestra situacion y nuestras preguntas. Durante 40 minutos dio cero informacion util, muchas evasivas y "de eso no se nada" repetidas veces. Solo entonces, cuando sus 50EU por la consulta estaban asegurados, nos dijo que ellos SOLO asesoraban para compra-venta de propiedades. Por lo visto alguno de sus companeros tenia "mas idea", pero se ahorro el llamarlo. De haber sido clara desde el principio, no habriamos perdido ni nuestro tiempo ni el suyo ni nuestro dinero. De haber dado un minimo de datos, podriamos habernos dado por satisfechos. ?Falta de quimica entre la agente y nosotros? ?Tenia un mal dia? Sea como fuere, la experiencia fue como para ni volver ni recomendarlo. Sospechosamente, las resenas son de personas que han publicado 1 o 3 resenas, casi ningun miembro activo en la app.

We were introduced to SGM by our estate agent, Charlotte has been great dealing with all the legal & conveyancing actions including POA for the purchase of our apartment in Torrevieja. This included NIE, utilities, and bank account direct debits, altogether saving many trips out to Spain. Very professional, emails were answered quickly and timescales met, in a most efficient way.
