My father and I are UK Nationals and are looking to purchase property in Barcelona. We reached out to Blevins Franks via their website. They were very responsive, and we promptly had a video call set up. The lawyer we spoke to, Brett Hanson in the Javea office, was very professional and knowledgeable. We spent about 30 minutes on the phone. He answered all our questions and did not charge for the advice. His advice was on-point and extremely helpful. It turned out that we had everything in order and didn't need any further assistance from the firm after this call. Nevertheless, Brett kept giving us advice and didn't seem to mind that we would not be clients in the near future. I certainly recommend this firm simply based on our interactions with this genuinely helpful person.
