Tres decue par les services d'Abaco Advisers. Plusieurs erreurs ont ete commises dans la gestion de mon dossier : oubli des 350 EU payes d'avance pour le NIE et la procuration, manque de suivi et d'organisation. Et maintenant, on me reclame encore 1 467,50 EU supplementaires sous pretexte que les frais du notaire et du cadastre auraient ete plus eleves que prevu. Je trouve cela inacceptable et non professionnel. Experience tres decevante -- je ne recommande pas.

I handled the changes related to the new law from April 2025 with Abaco Advisers and I am completely satisfied with their approach. They were extremely helpful, and their professional attitude truly made the whole process easier for me. They arranged everything quickly and without any issues. There is a lot involved when you buy property in Spain as a foreigner. Abaco advisers has been our gestor since 2018. They handled the purchase of our apartment just fine, applied for our NIE number and took care of the administration of all utilities. Rental license applied for and now also arranged our digital key and NRAs. All this as agreed and at a fast pace. I can recommend ABACO to everyone.

Absolutely 100% positive. We have used Abaco since 2003 and can honestly say they have been so good, so easy to work with, communication has been excellent, advise always great. Dit bureau zeker geen aanrader. Hun genomen op aanraden van makelaar. Nog nooit zo behandeld geweest ,alles draait rond geld geld en geld. Van enig menselijkheid is hier geen sprake. Constant telefonisch lastig gevallen om mijn review te verwijderen of te herschrijven.

I had a lawyer at Abaco Advisers handle the inheritance of a property in Malaga while I was living in Japan. She collaborated with the Spanish Embassy in Tokyo and provided me clear guidance for what I need to do. All the necessary procedures were conducted remotely except for the part that I need to go to the Spanish Embassy. All went well and I truly appreciated Abaco's legal service.

I have no hesitation in recommending Abaco. We needed a lawyer after my Dad passed away unexpectedly. My parents did not have a lawyer so we went to Abaco to help us deal with all the legalities. We were living in the UK and had no one in Spain who would help us on our behalf. There was endless emails to and fro to Abaco and no question went un answered. It was a long process as we needed to sell my parents property after moving my Mum back to the UK. We also had power of attorney which was a simple process to organise. If anyone needs a lawyer I would absolutely suggest this company. Jessica and then Monica are both the best. Claire Herrera Griggs was excellent dealing with the sale of our Spanish property. A very safe pair of hands that made us feel secure that it was being dealt with properly and promptly. It resulted in a smooth and completely trouble free transaction.

We used to go to the office each year, until Covid. Then we were able to do our tax return by email. A bit confusing at first, but the staff very helpful in sorting everything out. As we live near Murcia, it saves an hour drive into Torrevieja.

Vi har nu bade kopt och salt lagenheter via Abaco och ar sa nojda. Da speciellt med Lissette som alltid har tid att svara pa alla fragor som kan komma upp i samband med detta. Vi har aven var skatterepresentation har och ar mycket nojda med Clara som hjalper oss med den. Bada talar svenska. Rekommenderas!

I don't recommend this company. Their price tag was ridiculously higher, while explanations provided were vague and inconsistent. They struggled to reply on reasonable time to our questions and it took 2 weeks of useless backs and forths by email to discuss very basic and simple issues. They also made a critical mistake when preparing documents for the real estate deal, putting themselves as a beneficiary of the deal instead of us. Luckily it was spotted by us at the very last moment before signing. We ended up by refusing to take their service and decided to work with another agency that saved us 1000 eur on consultancy fees and another 600 eur on notary.

Engaged Abaco for the purchase of property in Torrevieja. Dealt with Claire, who was always at hand to discuss any concerns. discovered minor issues with property, which were thankfully resolved, however had the potential to cause issue had they not been discovered. In addition, I had to make some changes to the purchase process, very close to the closing date. This was not an issue for Abaco, who were able to accommodate this last moment change. I would recommend Claire and Abaco for their efficiency and communication throughout the process and being a non resident meant I needed an English speaking firm, which of course Abaco are.

If you are looking for legal services in Spain Abaco Advisers are the best. I used their services for a very complicated inheritance process. My attorney Marina was exceptional. She kept me informed every step of the way, answered my numerous emails promptly and never once made me feel like my case was unimportant. Another benefit of using their services is that all communication was in my own language which in my case was a huge plus. My only regret was that I never found them earlier in my search for experienced attorneys.
