I needed an Urgent NIE and live in Ireland. I rang ACB and was delighted to hear someone speak English as I do not speak Spanish. From that moment on I had a very pleasant experience. Dreadful. Got my name wrong on residencia documents. Got my nationality wrong. Told me family reunification application would be very complex. Submitted my residencia application and when I followed up two months later - directly with the official office due to Yannelsis not replying to messages - I was told the application had been rejected 2 days after submission due to errors. 2 months wasted. Also dreadful communication often sending several messages and chasing up for weeks to get a reply. I then went to another firm who told me that my case was very straightforward and it was successfully completed within 6 weeks. Edit. Rest assured the review is both genuine and for your company - I met you at Ayuntamiento De Orihuela Costa (where the clerk laughed as you put my nationality down as Irish!). As for a refund - as you ignored my 3 last messages to you, spanning 2 months, I decided not to waste my time chasing you. Incidentally this is quickest I have ever received a reply from you.

This Company is astounding, thier services are absolutely fantastic. I spent months looking on the web for help contacting many other companies via email and little or no response. When I contaced Advisors Costa Blanca they responded promptly, and told me they could get me an appointment within a week, other companies stated it could ne several months. Only last Wednesday I submittied my documents for review which they did meticoulsly. and I had my appointment in LESS than a week. The day of my appointment they collected me and took me to my appointment. And guess what withing SIX MINUTES, YES 6 Minutes. I had my card in my hand. I was very very happy and astounded with such professional service.

Help with getting our TIE cards went very smoothly in Alicante, appointments received quickly with relevant paperwork supplied in good time. All relevant questions answered quickly in our own language with many thanks to the team.

My husband and I were recommended by some friends to contact Yannelsis to obtain residencia. And I have to say that I am very impressed with her work! Since I am an autonomo collaboratoro, it turned out that a lot of extra work was required on site in addition to the documents that we had with us. I am sorry for a poor review against so many good reviews even though I have not received a service. I sent three requests for an online appointment and no one as contacted me back. I have telephoned five times and no one as picked up. I tried speaking to a live online speaker from their website but was told to leave my e mail buy a generated reply. I am stunned and very disappointed with the lack of service. It would be nice to know why no one as had the decency to reply back.

I used the service to obtain our social security numbers so we could get our SIP card. This was the last step in our residence plans. I did not need to attend or travel and the forms were managed for me and all done by email. When the numbers did not arrive it was dealt with swiftly by Yannelsis at Advisors as the letters from the SS department were lost in the post. Copes were emailed and I was able to register at the health centre and get my SIP card. All sorted now. Thank you for your help. If you do not speak good Spanish I recommend using this service.

Friendly, and they refunded the money after failing, but after over 100 euros in additional costs and weeks of hassle, they couldn't get a NIE for us.
