I was getting my NIE today and was fortunate to have Ben meet me at the government office to do so. He was wonder would be an understatement. He got me in right away as I was given VIP service -- he was knowledgeable of what to do and the people that work there are very respectful to him as it took very little time after he represented me to them. It was a pleasure meeting Ben today. Made me feel very welcome from the start and gave me information on what was going to happen when we reached Alcoy. Everything thing went well with appointment. I asked Ben many questions that I needed to know with other things that I will require now I have been excepted in Spain and he gave me all the information I need. We used Legal Iuris in 2017 when buying our house and again in 2021 when selling. We found the company to be extremely knowledgeable especially in respect of buying and selling country houses. Hannah whom we dealt with was very obliging, efficient and friendly. She is a real asset. We received good value for the fees we paid and have no hesitation in recommending them to other buyers and sellers.
