One star cause -5 is not possible. DO NOT TRY TO USE THIS OFFICE! Useless, incompetent and rude! Only thing they can do is set up the direct debit to charge your account monthly, other than that nothing. Asking them for assistance is pointless, no support and they get annoyed if you visit their office without an appointment, after asking on whatsapp and them confirming they are in the office. Stay away or risk having lots of unsolved issues and a rude careless attitude! After your response and WhatsApp message, let's specify that you got my payments on direct debit for a year and did not do any paperwork for my company. Let's review your "work" and clarify the amount I paid you! Bank statements do not lie. And when you get money you have to also WORK! Not being rude and refuse to talk to client that comes to your office after you ignored so many messages.
