Wir haben im Oktober 2024 ein Appartement in Spanien gekauft und zuerst uberlegt, einen Steuerberater fur das Einreichen des Tax Form 210 zu engagieren. Site facile d'utilisation. Seul bemol le cout 160EU de frais pour moins de 250EU de taxes me parait un peu disproportionne. Mais le service doit valoir ca. Reste a voir si le service des impots est satisfait de la declaration.

Bonjour, Merci pour votre avis. Veuillez noter que le prix moyen par declaration etait de 22,01 EU + TVA. Dans votre cas, vous deviez presenter 6 declarations d'impots conformement a la reglementation, le montant total s'elevait donc a 159,85 EU TVA comprise. Le prix du service est independant de l'impot a payer, car celui-ci depend de la valeur des biens que vous devez declarer dans chaque declaration, mais notre travail reste le meme. Beyond me why the Spanish state requires use of a third party service to file a self assessment tax form. Beyond me how IberianTax can justify a EU35 charge to file it. Just a bit of a scam all round across the whole system. Unsatisfactory.

I used IberianTax today for the first time as they were recommended in an online magazine I read. The article was about a form that as Spanish property owner I needed to submit annually -I followed the prompts with IberianTax & found the whole procedure really simple. I had a couple of questions before I submitted, so sent in a query & it was responded to really quickly. I was so impressed with their service I have signed up to automatically file this form annually. So 5 stars all round- I will definitely recommend & use again.

Intuitive Bedienoberflache, Erstmeldung ist echt in 10 Minuten erfolgt. Im Folgejahr vermutlich in 2 Minuten, mit Datenubernahme. Zahlung der Steuer per Lastschrift am 31.12., Uberweisung oder Bankzettel, nehmt einfach Lastschrift. Zahlung an Iberiantax leider nur via Kreditkarte. Preise sind transparent, lohnt sich, wenn man sich nicht Stundenlang mit Cla@ve/zertifikaten oder sonstwas rumschlagen will, was fur manche Personen auch einfach nicht geht.

I cannot recommend this company enough for their excellent service. I completed my tax form 210 online on Sunday for CGT and sent a large payment to them. I received confirmation today Monday that my tax return had been submitted and payment made. Copies of return sent to me with receipt of payment. Would definitely recommend them.

Professional easy to use software package. Data entry is simple and flawless. I have seldom used a web based product that just works. I contacted the company for information on 2 occasions and received clear and complete responses each time. Submission process simple and rapid. Time between starting the form and receiving the proof of payment from the tax office was less than 4 hours. I thoroughly recommend this service.

I was dubious at first about sending money when I knew little about the company. The online reviews looked good. For their charge of 35 euros it was worth taking a chance. Once I had registered the whole process was easy and my non residents tax was sorted in no time. To say they are on the ball is an understatement.

Just used IberianTax to file a Spanish non-resident tax form (210) and make the tax payment to the authorities. We bought a house in Spain last year so this was the first time I've had to do this. I was thought this was a great service. Efficient, quick and easy to use and very reasonable fee - I imagine a lot less money than getting a firm of tax advisers to do it, and less hassle than trying to file it directly myself.

Dit jaar mijn non-resident tax via IberianTax gedaan. Dit is eenvoudig en vlot gegaan en voor mij vond ik de directe betaling aan Spaanse belastingsdienst beter dan via een domiciliering.

Die Steuer fur Nichtresidenten kostet mich 65 EUR, die Einreichung uber Iberiantax 95 EUR Gebuhren (weil es drei Katasternummern sind). Entweder das Gebuhrenmodell wird uberarbeitet oder ich melde die Steuer nachstes Mal direkt beim Finanzamt.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass diese Anforderung direkt aus dem spanischen Steuerrecht kommt und nicht von IberianTax festgelegt wird. Die Steuerbehorden verlangen fur jede Einheit (Wohnung, Garage oder Abstellraum) ein separates Modelo 210, was bedeutet, dass jede einzeln eingereicht werden muss. Unsere Einreichungsgebuhr betragt 34,95 EU (inkl. MwSt.) pro Wohneinheit und 29,95 EU (inkl. MwSt.) fur eine Garage oder einen Abstellraum. Wir legen grossen Wert darauf, unsere Preise klar und transparent zu gestalten - ohne versteckte Gebuhren. Bitte seien Sie versichert, dass wir Ihre Anmerkungen berucksichtigt haben, da wir stets nach Moglichkeiten suchen, unseren Service zu verbessern und die Steuererklarung fur unsere Kunden so einfach und kosteneffizient wie moglich zu gestalten.

Konnte problemlos meine Nicht Residenten Steuererklarung einreichen, hatte vorher keine Ahnung wie oder wo ich das machen soll .Ging einfach und schnell wenn man alle Daten vorliegen hat. Finde es bloss schlecht dass ich fur Wohnhaus und Tiefgaragenplatz jeweils getrennt machen muss
