Despite a bit of confusing pricing not clarified on top of the whole process they truly delivered. I relocated to another country but needed help filing for personal tax refund from Spain the previous year and InnoTax (Ciaran specifically) was along the entire process very responsive, friendly and helpful. I believe the price was very standard for this process as it aligned with other competitors I've found but the service was exceptional. Only downside was that I initially was charged (which I believed was the full price) for the registration of a digital certificate which is needed for the process. And then afterwards charged again for the actual process of filing for a tax refund. The double charge was a bit frustrating as it came as a surprise and wasn't informed initially that the first charge solely was for the certificate. Besides this as I had already gotten an overview of my refund I knew it would payout to make the double payment so all in all great! If you don't have a digital certificate you can expect roughly EU180 in fees. If you already have that settled around EU100. Bear that in mind in terms of how much you expect to be refunded at the end.

Experience with @innotaxes - Tax Consultation Service On April 25, 2025, I reached out to @innotaxes after seeing their Instagram ad promoting multilingual tax services in Spain. I was genuinely hopeful, as finding reliable tax support in one's native language can be quite challenging. Unfortunately, I received no response for several days. When I did hear back, I was told that the representative for my preferred language was unavailable and that I should communicate in English instead. I completely understood and followed up with the required information via Instagram DM, as requested. Since then, however, I have received no further communication. Despite additional follow-up attempts via KakaoTalk, WhatsApp, and Instagram, I've been met with continued silence. Meanwhile, promotional content continues to be actively posted, which leads me to wonder whether the tax service itself is fully set up yet, or if dedicated personnel have yet to be assigned. If that's not the case, it's difficult to understand why a client inquiry would go unanswered for this long. A simple message acknowledging receipt and providing an estimated timeline would have gone a long way. Given that I had a positive experience with @innotaxes last year when purchasing insurance, I genuinely expected a higher standard of service this time. Unfortunately, I feel that my time and trust were misplaced -- and that's truly disappointing.
