I have been with Incwell for nearly 2 yrs now. As a UK born citizen opening up a business in the film and tv industry in Spain I could not have wished for a better service, attention to detail and always being available to answer any queries, they sorted out my meetings and paperwork with the notary, accompanied me to the police station to register my address and sorted my NIE, all thanks go not only to Incwell but more personally to my dedicated legal aid Max Ruano. 24/7 always there to help me with queries, and proactive with resolutions. However, with every up there is a down. Due to the high turn over of staff I did feel let down by the accountancy side of the business. It all started well with my first assigned accountant but after they left I had several others who didn't seem as dedicated to my cause. Possibly due to workload and number of clients. But don't let that deter you regarding legal advice because Incwell go above and beyond in making you feel comfortable and looked after when it can sometimes feel like everything is against you. Thank you Max and thank you Incwell.

We started working with Strong Law/ Incwell back in 2019 when we first started considering moving to Spain. Max Ruano worked with us in 2019 to help us understand the options for residency and what would be required for them. We came back in 2022 and Max was still there at Incwell to help us plan our move to Spain. We decided on a residency package which included help in purchasing a home in Spain. Max facilitated all of the negotiations with the seller of the property and took care of all the legal/Notary work to get our new home registered in Spain. Once our residency was approved, Max helped us get our NIE residency cards and registration in the City of Madrid. it has been great working with the Incwell team and Max. I will also say that the prices they quoted for the work never changed over the course of year it took to complete the work. Incwell is a reliable partner to someone looking to move to Spain.
