A nightmare of an experience - STAY AWAY I cannot express my disappointment enough with Lexidy Law Boutique, particularly with lawyer Sandra Faura. My experience with her was nothing short of disastrous, culminating in the denial of my visa application at the BLS office in Washington, D.C., yesterday. This, mind you, after a Google Meet video call with her where she looked over all my documentation and assured me I would have a quick and easy appointment because I had all my documents ready and prepared according to the guidelines. From the outset, it was clear that Sandra lacked the necessary experience with the BLS office in D.C. Her oversight in filling out the forms correctly was appalling. She bizarrely included her work address instead of my Spanish address on a Spanish government form. This fundamental error should never have occurred for someone claiming to be a legal professional. Moreover, her suggestion to have my medical certificate apostilled was not only misguided but ultimately damaging. When I presented the document, the BLS staff became suspicious since apostilles are only valid for state- or federal-issued documents. This oversight further complicated my application and led to unnecessary questioning and, ultimately, denying my visa request. Now, thanks to Sandra's careless mistakes, I have to make a new appointment and endure the hassle of traveling back to Washington, D.C. This has cost me time and money and added significant stress to an already challenging process. If you're seeking competent legal assistance, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. My experience with Sandra Faura and Lexidy Law Boutique has been terrible.

I contracted them to prepare and file my tax return for Spain and paid for that service in advance. Six weeks later, two days before the return was due, and only because I asked for the status, they told me they didn't have the manpower to do my return. I have been trying for the last month to have my money returned and have still not received the refund. At first they told me they would be issuing the payment, but the most recent inquiry has gone unanswered.

Let me start by saying that I normally do not write reviews - and I am often skeptical of the authenticity of the ones that are left. However, I feel like this law team has earned it and here's why... I am the type of person who will do endless research & contact several people before making a decision. I did the same when looking for a Spanish law firm that would be able to quickly handle my immigration matters and, most recently, help me with my leasing agreement for my apartment. They are extremely responsive (replying within a couple of hours of my messages) and even after office hours. Maximiliano, in particular, has been exceptional. He put a lot of effort to understand all the details of my situation so he can find the best solution. It was quickly evident that he understands that not all people have the same immigration situation and was going to tailor a solution specific to me. What impressed me most though was how he was thoughtful enough to make sure that his immigration solution did not impact my tax or business situation adversely. His focus on the big picture, while not missing the important small details is one of the main reasons why I felt compelled to write a review. Lastly, Max even made himself available during the time I was crossing the border, just in case I had any issues. With all this being said, I have worked with many lawyers in the past - many simply look for "a solution", but the great lawyers look for the "best solution". Everyone I have interacted with thus far at Lexidy seems to understand the latter. I feel very fortunate to have come across them in my research.
