Fui para organizar mi residencia y TIE (documentacion de extranjeros) con un caso bastante complicado y gracias a Juan Carlos fue muy simple, bien explicado y profesional. Era muy amable y paciente con mis mil preguntas! Recomiendo 100%! (Ademas habla ingles perfectamente) I went to organise my residency and TIE (foreign documentation) with a complicated case and thanks to Juan Carlos it was very simple, well explained and professional. I was very comfortable having Juan Carlos taking care of all the legalities in buying a property in Andalousia. Any slight hiccups in dealing with the estate agent and the seller's lawyer were promptly and amicably solved and I was able to trust Juan Carlos' decisions completely, which is important when dealing in a foreign language. A definite recommendation!

Mal,2 anos y medio para una transferencia de un coche, porque es de Ceuta, vergonzoso, no te comunican nada, tengo yo que estar detras de ellos. Manana voy a denunciar.

Juan was supposed to help me apply for my Residency. "3 months" he claimed it would take. 18 months later of harassing him for any documentation or proof he had done absolutely anything and the only thing I could get out of him was a complaint form, which he also did nothing about. He has no problem with making people loose money, absolutely no conscious, can lie straight to your face, he simply doesn't care, possibly the laziest person I've ever met. I lost multiple job opportunities and missed multiple family events, I never so much got an apology in a text or email, simply put, lazy lawyer and all around awful human being.

Moving country can be one of the most difficult things you go through! I am extremely grateful that this was the gestor we chose to go on our adventure with, not only was his work efficient, he guided us through the whole process, and not only that he is a top bloke! 5 stars is not enough.

We were advised to go there through our estate agent because of the price difference with a lawyer. If you EVER want to sell your house DON'T go to this adress. He got the papers from our estate agent end never reacted back to him by mail or whats app or telephone. I tried to contact him myself by mail end telephone end to the adress. I gave him a tekst mesage on his voice mail, but no reaction at all. My buyer was not amused, with the risk I would loose the deal!!! This adress is only worth a penny!! NOT FOR DOING BUSINESS Save money from the beginning end go to a real lawyer direct.

Lamentable esta gestoria es una estafa, hace un ano empezaron con un canje y lo que responde este individuo es que la DGT esta a tope, solo pide examenes psicotecnicos porque se vencieron por el paso del tiempo para justificarse. No hagan ningun tramite porque no responde, solo juegan con tu dinero. Como yo hay muchos casos mas.

Hired them in august for the canje of my driver's license and still have no info. They lost my medical certificate so I had to do a new one. They don't answer since February. It's a total scam. Don't hire them!

We hired their services in November for driving licence exchange but never hear back from them.. they dont answer their email and u have to try 1000 time to call for someone to answer.. now they are playing games for not returning our money. IT IS 100% SCAM .. STAY AWAY

They're associated with gestoria DGT and after you pay the first half you will hear nothing back from them losing your time and money.

Edito mi comentario,aun sin recibir una respuesta favorable ya hace mas de un ano que empece el tramite con ellos, a las personas estafadas pueden ir a la guardia civil, hablar el caso no tanto por la estafa y el dinero robado, si no por los documentos que tienen en poder documentos personales que estan reteniendo ilegalmente ya que no responden para la devolucion de ellos, importante mostrar las evidencias mensajes etc, en la factura estan los datos de este hombre no se si sean ciertos, pero con eso investigaran, si son muchas las personas que hagan el denuncio actuaran los efectivos no nos dejemos estafar.

They don't answer emails, don't answer the phone. They have all my documents since august and nothing has been done yet. For me this is a SCAM company.

Was advised on 11/11/20 that the process of exchanging UK driving licence had been started. No contact since. Under state of exchange for driving licences on DGT Traficio website, nothing has been received with my NIE no. and date of birth. Makes one wonder......

ACTUALIZAMOS ENERO - Empezamos el tramite de un canje de conducir extranjero en OCTUBRE. El gestor D Juan Carlos Moreno Moraleda y Patricia (la persona encargada por parte de gestoriadgt) no responden a nuestras llamadas a ninguna hora del dia. No tenemos noticias via email desde hace 3 semanas. Le hemos enviado documentos oficiales. ?PUEDEN POR FAVOR CONTESTAR A SUS TFNOS? No vemos seriedad ninguna, especialmente tratandose de un servicio pagado por adelantado. Diciembre - De momento todo en marcha, estamos esperando para poder dar valoracion definitiva.

Muy mal servicio de gestoria tiene uno que estar pendiente de la gestion aparte si no se da el tramite al momento de pedir devuelta los documentos .. no te contestan ni se comunican en mi caso tuve que esperar un mes y medio para poder tener mis documentos

My experience of applying for residencia was not good. Very, very slow response rate to emails, had to chase everything, not proactive and took over two weeks to get a health insurance quote. Kept telling me he was busy. I eventually gave up and went to another gestor. If you are used to English levels of service and efficiency this place is not for you.

Debido a otro error de gestor, debia pagar mas de 4000 euros de impuestos. Juan me resolvio el problema con la hacienda y me ahorro mas de 2000 euros. !Altamente recomendado! Due to another Gestorias error I was due to pay over 4000 euros in tax. Juan resolved the matter with hacienda and saved me over 2000 euros. It took all morning to fix, he was cheerful and patient all through. Highly recommend this gestor! Thank you Gracias!
