I had an excellent experience with the firm "Accountant Marbella Tax Advisor & Accountant." From my very first call, even though I didn't know them, I was immediately greeted with attentive listening, kindness, and professionalism. Their advice was clear, precise, and perfectly tailored to my situation. The creation of my company was handled by with great efficiency and speed, and the support was comprehensive: administrative procedures, social security, tax returns in Spain--everything was managed with diligence and responsiveness. Extremely disappointing and damaging experience. For the past six months, response times became slower until he stopped replying altogether. After my shareholder buyout on May 14th, 2024, he promised the update in the Registro Mercantil would be completed within 4 weeks. It never happened. The Notary later confirmed the reason was his failure to submit annual accounts -- something he never told me. Because of this, the bank has not worked properly since May, the former shareholder still has access to company funds and cards, I had to cancel a car purchase, and invoices cannot be paid. On top of that, I discovered accounting entries worth lots of money were never created, despite his claims. Unreliable, dishonest, and highly negligent. I cannot recommend his services under any circumstances. I do not think that this company exist any more - Luis has not been answering my calls, e-mails, WhatsApp etc. for over a month, and when I checked both his companys, they list as "Not active".

Luis has been absolutely great the first 3 month. He always responded quickly, even on weekends, that slowly changed and unfortunately by now I even get completely ghosted. I registered my company with him and I need an accountant who I can trust and rely on, however receiving a reply after 6 weeks doesn't work for me. I changed accountants now, but I still need the books and I'm unfortunately being ghosted again for over one month. It is very unfortunate.

Very bad experience with Luis, he seemed very professional to start with, very helpful, however as soon I had a query with his calculations he stopped responding to me. After numerous messages to him he finally responded saying that he had submitted my tax return without me even agreeing with the numbers. Now he refuses to answer my calls or even show me what he has said he submitted. I doubt if he even submitted anything at all! I thought it was strange that he requested that I review his business before I had even used his services, this probably explains why he has so many good reviews on google as he asks for reviews before he has even done the work. Would definitely NOT recommend him!!

This is not a real accounting company! They didn't submit any documents to the Spanish tax office and has left us with back payments and fines! They don't respond to calls and emails. Save yourself a lot of headache and fines and work with a solid and reputable accounting company. This company is a joke!
