Always found this company very helpful and responsive for general advice . I have not used them for detailed accounting.

Having recently relocated to Spain, I engaged CP Group to assist with the necessary accounting and tax arrangements. Throughout the process I dealt predominantly with Celina, who was consistently very helpful and efficient. I would recommend her services to others in a similar position. Also, Phillip as a tax advisor was very helpful.

Je ne recommande pas du tout ! Ils sont chers, ils comptabilisent mal les factures (pourtant un dossier tres simple avec moins de 10 factures par mois), sont incapables d'expliquer les chiffres a payer, pour repondre au moindre besoin inhabituel il faut payer un supplement (cher aussi). De plus, un grand manque de professionnalisme : ne repondent pas au mail il faut relancer. Meme en ayant resilie le contrat avec eux, ils ont emis et preleve encore un mois de plus, alors qu'ils n'ont meme pas travaille sur le mois en question, je suis obligee de bloquer les prelevements pour ne plus qu'ils fassent d'erreur. Une horreur ... je ne recommande absolument pas ce gestor pour un autonomo ! Meme pour un dossier simple comme le miens.

Warning for everyone! Decide for yourself, but I would highly recommend to stay away from this accountant if you don't want trouble! To say I am disappointed, is to say nothing about this company. I trusted them my accounting for S.L., autonomo and touristic rentals for 3 years and unfortunately, I was too busy to notice the mistakes or even to check what exactly they were doing. This year I finally checked the accounts, after receiving many confusing emails from them, I suspected that there were some severe issues in the team and the way how they work, but I was truly shocked when I finally looked into it. Just to give a short description of their work: it is a complete chaos and disaster. Checking the last IRPF and insisting of re-checking it, I found so many mistakes, the result of applicable taxes has reduced by over 2200EU!!! So, if you would not have intervened, I would have to pay 2200EU more on taxes, and this is just for one of my accounts. The mistakes looked to me like nobody did anything there, maybe some student tried to book one thing or another which I was sending every month, but nobody had actually checked it properly, e.g. the community fees (which are a huge part of the expenses for a rental apartment) were missing for most of the months. Then after complaining about it, the owner of the company has helped me get this right and to "save" the result this time. They blamed someone from the company who apparently was in charge of my accounts and was dismissed after that (I actually always thought it was the girl who I was always talking to on the phone, but turned out she was just a secretary who was fluent in English, and she had nothing to do with the actual accounting). The worst part came then when the deadline of filing the Corporate Tax approached, and of course, I was notified just a couple of days before the deadline, they started to ask some questions trying to make a quick-and dirty submission of something that was supposed to be my Annual Corporate Tax declaration. I requested a full file with all invoices booked, instead of getting these lists, they just send me some very confusing files which were not matching up and some old excel files wish even with my own comments, which I have send them previously. Again, a complete chaos. The best part is however the communication with the client. Not only they refused to answer the phone calls, when I needed the clarification, they also make you feel like you are nobody and have no right to say anything, as they are obviously also the law company and apparently they know better their rights and responsibilities... I better just citate them here so you can decide for yourself whether you would like to receive this kind of service and communication from a service provider or not. Here just to give a couple of examples (exact words) of the second female owner of this firm: "According to the nature of our business and the deadlines we have every quarter, is completely impossible to be on top of the daily management of each of our client's accountancy. This would be a task that could be covered only if you employed an personal accountant to deal with your daily operations." "I do not only work for you and your are not the only urgent matter at this moment." On top of everything mentioned above and after posting this feedback here, I received another intimidating email from the owner forcing me to delete this public comment. I was actually about to delete it yesterday before I received this emails from her and because they started to cooperate and talk to me and I actually finally got to speak to the actual accountant, who was in charge of my accounts. However today, when I received this aggressive and intimidating email, I think it is better to leave this warning here which is well earned 1star review, I hope nobody else will have to experience the same.

I have dealt with C&P for over 5 years. I was a complete novice when it came to obtaining residency and a Spanish driving licence.They held our hands through the successful and stress free process. They have taken care of my tax affairs since 2019 and recently saved me a considerable sum of money after a tax investigation,they kept me fully informed replying to my emails normally within a couple of hours. I find there charges more than acceptable. Special thanks to Rocio for her professionalism and advice your work on our behalf is really appreciated.

We are purchasing our first property in the area and C&P was recommended to us by family. I am extremely impressed with the level of competency and professionalism Christopher and his team produce. Their help has been invaluable. I would highly recommend them.

I needed to work out the tax implications of a possible move abroad carefully. Phillip did a 'dry run' tax calculation so that I could get an idea of the figures as clearly as possible and consider my options. He also answered a few extra queries on the phone and by email clearly, without jargon. I would definitely recommend the company.

My partner and I did our tax return through Philip. He had a very thorough and detailed knowledge of Spanish Taxation, was always updating us on the progress of our tax return and promptly answered any questions we had. Taxation can usually be a headache but Philip made it one of the easiest things we've had to do in Spain. Would absolutely 100% recommend.
