Efficient and respectful handling of a delicate matter. After my mother passed away, I had to deal with her estate in Malaga, including a property and several bank accounts. I live in London and was worried about the complexity and distance. The team at IGLEAS handled the inheritance with empathy and rigour. They took care of everything -- from Spanish probate to the transfer of title deeds -- and kept me informed at every step. I couldn't have asked for a more competent or compassionate service.

Incompetentes

Really disappointing service. Was recommended this firm from a friend as they're English speaking. I was in communication with an employee named Rocio. I asked her to make an appointment at the town hall for an electronic signature and for help witha paro application and a fogasa request. The price was good at only 100EU. Nearly 5 weeks later and countless messages to her still nothing had been done. Eventually I researched and did it myself and saved 100EU. But honestly I would have preferred to have paid a company to do it, it would have saved a lot of stress and time wasted. Due to their lateness I didn't get the request in for paro on time and missed a month wage and are now having to struggle. I was recently made redundant due to the pandemic. Rocio also gave me incorrect information, assuring me I would be paid ERTE but I explained I don't think that's correct and that's why it was so important to request the paro so urgently because I may miss a month's payment. Which I did! Overall I would NOT recommend this firm. I am extremely angry and disappointed by their lack of communication and response. I never normally make reviews unless it's a really great service but I wouldn't want anyone else to experience this.
