Excellent Service from everyone at Marbella Solicitors in Manilva when we sold our property recently. We were kept informed of developments and all our queries were answered quickly and efficiently. Would recommend them to anyone.

I had Pablo Jimenez Bernal working with me to purchase my villa. He was very good. Very professional and very organized. It was a very good experience.

Pablo was an incredible help when me & my wife were applying for our digital nomad visa. He made a very confusing process as simple as possible, with clear and honest communication and was incredible polite & friendly throughout. We have now been approved for a 3 year visa, thanks in no small part to Pablo! Would highly recommend

We have been genuinely impressed with the service we have received from Eduardo Perez at Marbella Solicitors. Always courteous and willing to explain, despite time pressures. Keeping us informed throughout the process. It's been a pleasure and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services or to continue using them ourselves. Many thanks.

Last week I finished buying an apartment in Andalusia. The whole process was managed by the Marbella Solicitors office on the basis of a power of attorney. The cooperation with Mr. Eduardo Perez was excellent, I especially appreciate the high professionalism and absolute reliability. I can really recommend the services of this office. Dagmar Polcarova

My family have been dealing with Marbella Solicitors since 2021 when we wanted to transfer ownership of our holiday home in Frigiliana within the family by a sale process known as Extincion de Condiminio. We made initial contact by phone/ email from UK and were very impressed by their responses and then met them face to face as necessary in the their local office in Nerja. Since then we have used Marbella Solicitors to draw up wills and to pay annual taxes. We do not spend long periods in Spain but I have found it easy to deal with them remotely by email and then schedule appointments (if needed) to fit my trips. We are very satisfied. Peter Owen

Barbara Pascual Gomez, Marbella Solicitors GROUP: We were introduced to Barbara, by our real estate broker, who is also a close friend of ours. She told us Barbara was the person to contact for the many cases we had to solve in Spain after my father suddenly passed away. This is of course a very emotional moment in life and then it is even more important to have a human solicitor that understands persons and understands the rules and systems to follow in order to get things solved and done. Not only is Barbara a very pleasant personality, who is also able to communicate very well in English, she is also very experienced and gets things done fast and in a very professional way. There has been outstanding communication, and she also has international contacts that have been of great help to us. Due to this support everything went smoothly and we did not have to worry about many things and could focus on other issues we had to solve in The Netherlands as well. So we can recommend Barbara for sure! Thanks Barbara for the professional way of working and the support in everything we had to solve. We appreciate it a lot and we will contact you again if we have issues to solve related to the Spanish law.

I engaged Marbella Solicitors over a year ago to help with my journey to move to Spain. In that time I've been looked after by Eduardo Perez. Eduardo has dealt with successfully gaining my NIE and subsequently guiding me through purchasing a house. He has always given me excellent advice, explained everything patiently and communicated at every step. I'll be engaging Eduardo's services further as I progress towards being able to live in Spain. I very highly recommend Marbella Solicitors as a company and Eduardo in particular. Absolutely first class service 100% of the time.

Excellent service with good communication, I would not hesitate in recommending.

I have instructed Marbella Solicitors for various reasons over many years. Including dealing with legal issues after the death of my wife and submitting my Spanish tax information. Their service has always been conducted very professionally and with out delay. Geoffrey Grimes

We have received excellent service from Marbella Solicitors. Having only recently become residents in Spain this is the first year we've had to submit our tax claim. So being new to the system and not altogether confident in filling in all the details online we were helped all the way through the process by Rocio from Marbella Solicitors. So we wish to thank them all for their experience and help this year. Thank you Jacqui & Geoff Scott.

Extremely happy to once again use Marbella Solicitors for my tax return. As always, quick, efficient and very helpful. Thanks

Pablo Jimenez of Marbella Solicitors ensured that everything was covered for us during our recent property purchase and quickly built confidence during the process. He was always quick to respond to any questions we may have had. This was really important to us as foreign purchasers, as we were unfamiliar with the country and its laws. I would wholeheartedly recommend Pablo and Marbella Solicitors and look forward to continuing to work together in the future.

Used Ricio to apply for our VTAR rental licence, great service and the whole process was extremely efficient only taking a few days highly recommend Marbella Solicitors

For a number of years, we have received very good help from Marbella solicitors, regarding the calculation of taxes and also the purchase of property. I would like to warmly recommend the agency and give special mention to Rocio Gonzalez Bermudez, who every year remembers to remind us of what applies when it comes to calculating taxes. It feels very reliable and we are very happy for the help we get at a reasonable cost Lennart Phalen

We cant recommend Rocio highly enough. Rocio guided us through the purchase of our Spanish property, opened our bank accounts and obtained our NIE numbers and more recently submitted our tax return. Thank you so much Rocio for your kindness and patience. Wayne and Teresa Norris
