Disgusting attitude, My wife and I had made an appointment to see Mr. Vicente Sanchez for the first time at 11:00am today 22/04/2025. We arrived as normal, 10 minutes early. We waited and waited even though his assistant had told him that we were waiting in reception. Meanwhile a young Australian, arrived without an appointment and was seen immediately, we waited, he came out, his assistant went in, he came back again and stayed. We left at 11:25, obviously a double booking, or he was a V.I.P which I doubt This man has no respect for no-one. He didn't apologise, or offer an excuse. I am also a businessman, and I had left my business with my mechanic and my cleaner to attend this meeting. I have motorhomes, sales, rental, repairs and storage, and I would never leave a customer for ant length of time without greeting them first. I'm so livid. If, IF, he denies the validity of my accusations, then I will publish/forward the subsequent apology that my wife received 45 minutes later.

I am very sorry that you had to wait for so long, having made an appointment previously and that the apology I sent you 45 minutes later by whatsapp (as soon as I could free myself) has not been satisfactory for you. The gentlemen who came in is a regular customer who had a problem that needed my urgent attention. As we knew you would need to wait for a bit we served you a coffee and tried to make your waiting time as easy as we could. We really did not know that the appointment was going to take that long but sometimes when assisting somebody personally, whether in a hospital, in a public office or at a law or accounting office, as is the case, is necessary to devote attention to the most urgent issue. I am sorry once again you lost your time, but sometimes is also necessary to be a bit reasonable.

Estoy sumamente agradecido con Spconsulting por su excelente ayuda. Recientemente, unos clientes necesitaban asistencia en ingles, pero debido a mi limitado dominio del idioma, no pude brindarles la ayuda necesaria. Esta valoracion es falsa y esta relacionada con la que ha dejado Barbara Eeckhout en mi perfil. Esta persona nunca ha acudido a mi oficina, ni se ha puesto en contacto conmigo, ni ha sido cliente mia. He solicitado a Google que retire esta resena pero por ahora no he tenido exito.

Esta resena al igual que la de Julie es falsa y muy probablemente esta relacionada con la que ha dejado Barbara Eeckhout. Esta persona nunca ha solicitado ningun tramite, ni se ha puesto en contacto conmigo, ni ha sido cliente mio. Sin embargo el sistema de Google no me permite que se retire esta valoracion.

Nous avons introduit un dossier en Aout 2022 apres avoir pris contact avec Vicente Sanchez, le soi-disant "directeur general" de SP consulting. Les documents devaient prendre un mois a arriver. Debut novembre, nous retournons le voir, il nous affirme que tout sera regle des le lendemain. Le lendemain, le document que nous attendions est arrive et depuis lors, Vicente ignore nos messages et nos appels. 5 mois que nous nous acharnons a envoyer des messages, a appeler, a aller sur place, nous restons sans nouvelles. Vicente ne veut pas nous remettre nos documents, sans raison. Tout est en ordre de notre cote mais il semble vouloir nous faire vivre un enfer. A FUIR ABSOLUMENT!!!!

Gracias por tu resena Barbara, la cual es autentica, a diferencia de la que has hecho que Benoit y Julie dejen, solo por hacer dano y que por ahora el sistema de Google no me permite retirar a pesar de ser ambas falsas. No sabemos de donde sacaste la idea de que un tramite que implica contactar con tantos organismos oficiales llevaria solo un mes, debio de basarse en algun mal entendido. Realizamos el trabajo adecuadamente, lo abonaste y retiraste los documentos de nuestra oficina. Sin en algun momento no he constado personalmente a tus mensajes es porque me encontraba fuera atendiendo a otros clientes, sin embargo mi equipo siempre te ha informado, respondido y atendido puntualmente.
