Het is al weer enige weken geleden dat de begeleiding door CD Sollicitors van de aankoop van onze tweede woning in Spanje naar volle tevredenheid is afgerond. Na het lezen van een teleurstellende ervaring van een landgenoot bij een ander advocatenkantoor voel ik me genoodzaakt nu een review te plaatsen zodat ook anderen de goede keuze maken te kiezen voor de diensten van CD Sollicitors. Wanneer je een vertrouwd juridisch adres zoekt voor al je handelingen in Spanje kan ik niet anders dan CD Sollicitors aanbevelen. Juridische ontzorging, met voor nederlanders een extra voordeel door de uitstekende ondersteuning in de eigen taal van o.a. Hola, zijn erg tevreden over C&D sollicitors, geven duidelijk aan van te voren wat er allemaal bij komt kijken, duidelijk kostenplaatje, ook de afhandeling bij de notaris was verder ok, de registratie bij het register duurde wat langer dan gepland, maar ze hebben zich goed ingelezen en volgehouden. Ook kan je bij CD terecht voor andere praktische zaken, zoals de verzekering van je casa, en wat ook fijn is dat de jaarlijkse aangifte voor de IRNR door hun uitgevoerd kan worden.
