Before emigrating to Spain we contacted several people who could help us with the process of moving and Juan stood out as being more professional, polite and had an excellent level of English language. During the initial period of our move many issues arose, which Juan dealt with efficiently and effectively, in particular with sorting out the import tax for our shipment. During the following weeks he prepared and dealt with the documentation for our NIE, resident visa, car registration, tax assessments, local government certificates, rental aggreements and more. Juan Miguel Rosado Alba has been an absolute godsend helping us (including our cat) with our move from Australia to Spain.
