Cuando compramos nuestra primera casa, nos recomendaron ir al Bufete de Abogados Manuel Jordan. Venimos de Alemania y por supuesto fue muy facil para nosotros porque la oficina de Manuel se encargo muy bien de todos los tramites para la compra de la casa y por supuesto quedamos muy satisfechos con sus servicios y con la senora Juani, quien tramito nuestros documentos. . Very fast and efficient transfer of the flat & garage we bought, together with the opening of accounts and settling of bills that that entailed. We can only express how professional, expert and personable this company are. We have had nothing but help all the way, no matter what we asked of them and sometimes when we didn't ask them. We would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of buying a property. For someone to go to the bank for you and sort out a problem is way above and beyond what anyone would expect... unheard of really. Wonderful. If I could give a higher star rating I would 100%.

service tres agreable et super efficace

Absolute shower. OK until they have your money, disappear afterwards. Made a complete pigs ear of our TIE application, cost a lot of money needlessly and to boot gave us incorrect advice re. driving licenses. I have sent FOUR emails without reply asking about this. End result? We can't drive in Spain and have had to leave. There are many Gestors and consultants in and around Aguilas. Use them. If you want to waste your money there are easier and more pleasant ways than this crowd.
