IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY & TIME AND ARE HAPPY TO DO SO, THEN DO NOT READ ON..... I could NEVER honestly recommend these people. Complete liars and cheats. They apparently or so I thought did Convenio application for me. I kept asking & was told it was in progress. Then after 9 months of nothing I went to Salud myself & no such application had been started, it may have been submitted but never started. It is what these clowns are paid for, to oversee applications they make on your behalf & when you are constantly asking for updates they just do not bother to check, had they, then it would have perhaps been a different story. Nearly 2.5 years for a simple WA residency application which suddenly the application date changed, which I personally think is because they messed one application up & had to start again? Don't get me started on the vehicle side of things, beyond useless and does NOT understand the UK has no documentation for trailers, but that was not an answer she computed! It is now costing me seriously more because of their incompetence to sort the mess out. Then there is my daughters add on to my residency application, as a minor she is not obliged under Spanish law to need Salud cover or for me to show income as a 3rd country citizen, but that would be too easy for these fools to realise. So another 6+ months wasted for her simple add on residency application. The owner is as rude as hell & just arrogant beyond belief, quite happy to totter around, ignoring clients who are ultimately paying her to do so. Maybe if she spent as much time as she clearly does on her image as she did on her clients being satisfied then it would ultimately be a different story. Not interested in clients who have spent serious money with them. AVOID these cheats.

If i could give zero I would. I have waited over THREE YEARS to get a custody order in place with my ex husband with this solicitor. I have consistently chased them, asking when my case will go to court and have been fed lie after lie. My case was never submitted although it was insisted it had been. I asked for emails to prove my case was in progress, was told they were sent, again untrue. They have wasted my time and deeply damaged my life as a result.

Son unos ladrones !!! No son de confiar !!! Me han cobrado por rellenar un formulario de impuesto no recidetes 180EU cundo en un otra gestoria salio 30EU !!!!! No lo aconsejo para nada !!!!

Last people on earth you should trust. Entrusted Nichola Green to exchange our UK driving licence for Spanish. Over a year later without any communication in the meantime I asked for an appointment to discuss the matter with her. We arrived for a discussion only for our UK driving licence to be handed back to us. No paperwork to support refusal and the deadline for resubmission missed. Total waste of time and money and very unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

Very friendly and helpful. We were here for one thing but needed advice about another. They resolved both issues whilst we were in their office.

Went to them a year ago to get things set up for our business. They charged several hundred euros and then told me I wasn't eligible for the social security number I was issued. Didn't refund the money. We decided to give them another try this year, because we just needed to switch the title over from a car we bought. We did this August 28th, 2020. We were told it would take about 10 days. After 2 weeks, we started calling them. At first, they answered calls and said they were still waiting. In October, I posted on a local site and asked if anyone had any problems with them. They immediately messaged and said they had been waiting on us for 2 weeks. 4 days earlier, when we called, they had said it wasn't in the office. At this point, we asked them to mail it to us, as we were out of the country. After a week, they said it wasn't possible. I had a local acquaintance pick it up and mail it. Very unprofessional, poor communication. Should have learned my lesson the first time

La peor gestoria en la que hice cambio de papeles de un vehiculo. Desde enero llevo esperando los papeles de un vehiculo y despues de medio ano sigo sin tenerlos... Con la escusa del confinamiento... Pagas por un trabajo no realizado mejor buscar otra!!

I would advise to find somewhere else. Everything goes lovely originally, and then as stated by others, they drop you and refuse to finish. Not acceptable, particularly when dealing with something so sensitive as immigration. Find someone that will actually finish the process for you.
